Somatic Integration & Sexual Rebalancing Coaching

An open, non-judgmental space where honest conversation, embodied practice, and genuine inquiry are welcomed — where ALL of you is invited.

This page offers practical information about working together one-on-one. That said, I find the most important part is simply connecting on a call to meet one another.

Welcome…

Whether we are aware of it or not, our nervous system and sexuality impact nearly everything in our lives. And while working on this level can support people in many ways, I'm most interested in working with those who have arrived at a very specific place in their journey.

Maybe you've done the work — in big and small ways. You've tended to your mental, emotional, and physical health, and that's gotten you far. You've been especially committed to your spiritual well-being for some time now — maybe even your whole life.

But at this point on your journey, you know on some level that leaving your relationship with your own sexuality off the table just doesn't add up anymore.

Even if it's not fully conscious, there may be an unmistakable sense that in order to walk more fully on your path, this part of yourself can no longer remain in the shadows.

Whether that's been avoidance, inherited neglect, something more complex — or simply, you never chose to make it a priority.

Until now.

This work could be a fit if...

  • You have an intuitive knowing that restoring this part of yourself will be central to the expansion of every other part of your life — career, abundance, relationships, self-esteem, joy, energy, and more

  • You want to work with the body as a source of intelligence, not just something to manage

  • You're ready to explore how unconscious patterns held in the nervous system are shaping how you feel, relate, and move through the world — and you want to work at that level

  • You are curious and sense that your relationship to your own sexuality is connected to something larger — your vitality, creativity, health, and your capacity for deeper fulfillment in all of your relationships

  • You value depth, honesty, and integration over quick fixes

This may be showing up as...

  • Recurring physical tension or pain in the hips, low back, or pelvis

  • Recurring symptoms in sexual organs, master glands, circulatory(Fire Element), digestive(Metal, Earth and Wood Elements) or urinary systems (Water Element).

  • Body shame that can range from a persistent, subtle dislike to a more pronounced one or even hatred of certain parts of your body

  • Persistent fatigue or sleep that doesn’t fully restore you

  • Living close to burnout—or already in it

  • Depression or anxiety without a clear cause

  • Emotional or behavioral patterns that repeat, no matter how much work you’ve done

  • Creative energy that feels blocked, inconsistent, or flat

  • A libido that has faded, gone missing, or never fully emerged

  • Difficulty or inability to experience orgasm

  • A low-grade sense of dullness that doesn’t match everything you’ve built

  • A sense of disconnection from your body, or difficulty feeling fully present within it

  • A feeling that something remains just out of reach—even after investing deeply in your health and wellbeing

  • Relationships that feel confusing, unfulfilling, or triggering without a clear sense of why

You may begin to experience

  • A more consistent sense of energy—physical, mental, and creative

  • A deeper connection with yourself and your body

  • A feeling of internal harmony

  • A sense of conscious wholeness and alignment that feels lived, not conceptual

  • A grounded confidence and self-esteem that isn’t performative

  • Greater clarity and steadiness in relationships—with partners, friends, and family

Everyone is unique. The work may draw from…

  • Somatic and nervous system integration

  • Meditation

  • Taoist and Yogic breathwork, movement, and embodiment practices

  • Inquiry, education, and honest conversation

  • Aromatherapy and sensory-based practices

  • Inner child and shadow integration

  • Practices simple enough to carry into daily life for sustained outcomes

The following are self-administered practices. I provide instruction, guidance, and support — you work with your own body, in your own space at your own pace.

  • For women, if it serves: Breast and yoni massage, Jade Egg practices, and vaginal de-armouring

  • For men, if it serves: Testicular, breast and prostate massage

Sessions are offered one-on-one via Zoom —

Coaching containers are discussed in person and based on intentions and goals - a process arc is designed from there.

Once you experience the work, a rhythm that feels supportive and aligned can naturally evolve.

FAQs

  • No. This work is not therapy, though it may feel therapeutic at times. It is a coaching relationship focused on integration and embodied awareness — the felt sense. I am not a licensed therapist. Coaching works best when a person is stable, or in conjunction with existing therapeutic support.

  • Not at all. This work meets you exactly where you are — including if you are starting at the beginning.

  • Sexuality is included and not bypassed as part of whole-person wellbeing, but the focus of each session is guided by what is alive and relevant for you. For some that is the primary reason they are here. For others, sexuality is one component within a larger pattern of nervous system integration.

  • Not at all. I work with men, as well as people of diverse sexual orientations and gender identities. We all carry Feminine, Masculine, and androgynous energies within us — each with something to be understood, tended to, and integrated.

"Tantric philosophy is not merely a practice, but a poetic orchestration of internal alchemy, a sacred weaving of sexual essence (Jing) into vital life-force (Chi) and finally into spiritual light (Shen). It is the art of turning base metals into gold, where the body becomes a vessel for the Tao." — Mantak Chia
