A Tantric Approach to Living, Learning and Becoming

Weaving Life is about restoring connection to our life force and the relationship we have with our own sexuality — the very energy that created us.

This aspect of ourselves is often the most misunderstood, distorted, and suppressed by cultural conditioning such as the media, religion and more personal influences; family upbringing or trauma.

Whether this feels overwhelming to consider or whether you’ve been ready for a long time, it helps to know that sexuality is the energy beneath ALL OF it:

the way we feel, ability to heal, our capacity to create, love, find meaning in life.

If you find yourself craving a body that feels more like a temple in which to thrive and celebrate life, rather than something to be symptomatically managed,

If you want to cultivate a deeper sense of purpose,

If you want your desires to stop feeling like a privilege and start feeling like the birthright they were always meant to be,

If you want to feel more alive, more aligned, more embodied

and more like yourself again — or perhaps for the very first time,

then Welcome to Weaving Life.

“This moment is calling us to be brave together. I can only say that what was on the other side of the courage it took to ‘go there’ and through, is beyond anything I could have ever dreamed.”‍ ‍

Weaving Life Pillars

Rebalance and Reclaim the Energies that Organize Life

Integrate the parts that have been left out and allow change to be felt, lived, and sustained.

Inherent Worth: Held in your inherent worth, where wholeness becomes conscious. In spite of conditioning and unconscious survival strategies, the work is rooted in dignity, honesty, compassion, and deep listening — where all parts of you are welcome to surface, be seen, and come back into relationship with yourself.

Sexual Rebalancing: Here sexuality is approached not as something separate from life, but as a foundational life force and organizing intelligence within our human experience. Through tending the effects of shame, repression, disconnection, and fragmentation, this work supports the restoration of vitality, polarity, creativity, relational coherence, and embodied coherence and alignment.

Somatic Integration, Meditation, Sounding & Breathwork: Lasting transformation requires more than intellectual understanding. With these practices, we bring awareness to patterns held deep within the psyche and nervous system, allowing for insight and awareness to take root and expand into all aspects of your being; where fulfillment, completion and wholeness become conscious - no longer needing to seek more and more ways to “heal”.

As each dimension of self comes into alignment, the energies of Land & Cosmos and Yin & Yang can move through you more freely, revealing your truest, most powerful and aligned self.

Because this was never something you had to learn. It was something you were taught to forget.

Hello and Welcome.

My name is Erin and I am the founder of Weaving Life.

Weaving has always been the orientation point for how I navigate the world. I look for the threads that connect what seems unrelated and in the process discover a larger meaning. I look beyond the obvious, what’s underneath the surface and I gain a greater understanding of life—and most especially, of myself.

The most recent path of exploring beyond the surface has led to the culmination of Weaving Life, where I work at the intersection of somatic experience, sexuality, and self-actualization. Everything offered here flows from that place.

I believe that no matter where you are on your journey—in your career, your relationships, or how you feel—you may find yourself circling some of the same patterns, emotions or challenges. And while you have achieved so much, made significant progressive changes, and found deep meaning on the path, I wonder if you have you ever considered the role your sexual life force plays in all of this? Given that it’s the one place we’ve most conditioned to avoid at any cost—the answer is probably not.

  • The sexual energy within us is an organizing intelligence, not just for us, but of life itself.

I stand confidently in saying that to step into our most aligned, energized, and fully realized self, we must pass through a particular kind of gatekeeper. That gatekeeper happens to be anything that stands in the way of this source, this life force pulsing through us, and our continued denial or dismissal of its radical importance.

We know that our body, psyche, culture, and ancestors have carried the weight of pervasive inherited sexual repression and shame for far too long. To varying degrees, this severance has distorted not only our relationship with ourselves, but also with one another and with the Earth and Cosmos.

When sexuality is reduced solely to performance, power or reproduction, and relegated to secrecy or suppression, we become confused, disempowered, and disconnected from our own true nature.

This work is not simply about healing an individual problem. It is about restoring relationship—to the body, to vitality, to truth, to love, and to the living intelligence moving through all things.

Most of us don’t consciously recognize how subversive sexual suppression or shame shapes our lives. It doesn’t always announce itself through a specific story or defining moment although for many that is the case. It can live as an undertone, embedded so deeply into the body and psyche that it silently distorts our sense of self.

It can show up as dullness or disconnection, a libido that has disappeared—or was never fully there to begin with—a bottleneck in creativity, a body that feels more like something to manage or hide than something to be alive in. An inner Polaris that always feels just slightly off center.

This work is not about perseverating on the past or digging endlessly into pain. From my personal experience and that of my clients, when we turn toward our sexuality with attention, intention and love—and allow conscious and unconscious shame/pain bodies to be acknowledged, processed, and integrated—something incredibly profound becomes available.

Energy flows again, our lens clears, and what once felt like a lifetime of circling begins to synchronize. The blinders come off. And what is there is nothing less than miraculous.

This process does not take forever, but it does take willingness and commitment.

Our life force, our Jing Qi, our sexual energy, is what made us. For me, I felt it was time to stop pretending that this part of myself didn’t deserve at least as much attention as my joints, my mind, my spirituality, and all the other priorities of living.

Even if there is a part of you that feels, “Oh no, not there,” I want to pause and honor the courage it has taken for you to arrive right here, right now. So, may I ask you one question without an ounce of judgment:

Have you known, for far too long, that this is the one place you haven’t been Willing or Able to go?

If you want support in ‘going there,’ and to be held in a grounded and respectful container, this is where that journey begins.

With the support of my teachers, guides, ancestors, and prayers, I have made myself ready for you.

The only question is whether you are ready for yourself.

Yours with love and commitment to our radical worthiness and the life giving dance between Yin (Feminine Energies) and Yang (Masculine Energies),

    Erin Elizabeth
